Trip Information
Yellowstone Horse Rides
We begin our horseback riding trips from different trailheads throughout
the Northeast and Northwest areas of Yellowstone. If you are staying in
the Gardiner or Mammoth area, meet us at our office at the corner of Park
and 3rd in Gardiner, Montana across from the North Entrance of Yellowstone.
It is important that you arrive ½ hour before your trip departure
time. You will need to fill out paperwork and receive a map to the trailhead,
a 30-minute drive away. After a pre-ride orientation by your guide, you
will depart on a spectacular adventure.
If you are coming from some other location, arrangements can easily be
made to meet at the trailhead. We limit most rides to no more than eight
people, so early reservations are important. We offer a special 10% discount
for groups of eight or more who book together.
What we provide:
Full day trips include lunch and beverages. Cowboy hats are available
for your use.
What to bring:
Wildlife is often seen, so please bring your camera. We also suggest a
water bottle and a jacket (fleece or pile work well). For longer trips,
also consider lip balm, tissues, insect repellent, sunburn protection,
rain gear (top and bottom or long duster type, and broken-in boots.
Yellowstone Rafting and Kayaking Trips

talk. Our guides are experienced boatmen with certification in CPR and first
aid.

Full day trips include lunch and beverages. We provide life vests, raingear,
wetsuits and booties at no charge.

On cool days, bring a sweatshirt or a warm jacket and soft-soled tie-on
shoes you don't mind getting wet. Lock valuables in your car.
Yellowstone Pack Trips
What we provide:
All of our pack trips are inclusive. We provide tents, sleeping pads, snacks
and meals and most other things you might need. Most of our clients prefer
to bring their own sleeping bags. You may rent one from us for $25.00.
We serve delicious meals on the trail. We can also accommodate a special
diet to some extent. Please tell us your preferences and we will do our
best to meet your needs.
What to bring:
Once you reserve your space, we will send you a list of personal effects
you'll want to bring along. Pack in a soft, flexible duffel bag. If not
waterproof, put your duffel in a large, black plastic garbage bag to protect
it during rainstorms.
Yellowstone Fishing Trips (Horse Ride or Hike)
